Research
research overview
- Dr Das has strong research interests in the field of diabetic retinopathy, especially the role of inflammation. He, along with Dr. Paul McGuire, PhD, has been working on the role of proteinases in retinal and choroidal angiogenesis and alteration of the blood-retinal barrier in diabetic retinopathy. His lab is examining novel therapeutic targets in retinal diseases.
