Dr. Perrone-Bizzozero is an internationally-renowned scientist whose research program spans both basic and clinical work. She is recognized for seminal contributions to diverse fields such as RNA stability, neural development, synaptic plasticity and schizophrenia. She has sustained continuous R01 grant funding since 1991; her 84 peer-reviewed publications have been cited more than 3,000 times. She is an invited lecturer, both nationally and internationally.
