Alex Rankin is a practicing hospitalist and Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He received his MD from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, IL in 2007, and completed his residency at St Anthony’s Family Medicine in Denver, CO. After residency he practiced primary care and hospital medicine in Alamosa, CO. He joined the UNM faculty in 2014.
