Boursaw, Blake Instructor

Positions

Blake Boursaw, MS, is an instructor at The University of New Mexico College of Nursing. He teaches core statistics courses in the nursing doctoral programs and is broadly interested in using mathematical tools in research related to health equity. Trained in "pure" mathematical approaches at the University of Minnesota, he has worked at the College since 2012. During that time, he has consulted on an array of student and faculty research projects and has published collaborative work in a variety of nursing and public health journals. He is currently a co-investigator on a large National Institutes of Health–funded research grant focused on community-based participatory research.

Boursaw received his Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota and his Bachelor of Science from Michigan Technological University.
