Dr. Leeman is Director of Family Medicine Maternal and Child Health and Co-Medical Director of the University Hospital Mother Baby Unit. As managing editor of the Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) program since 2009 he has helped to disseminate life-saving maternity care to many countries including Mexico and India. As medical director of the Milagro program for pregnant women with substance abuse problems he has developed an innovative medical home model. Dr. Leeman is a nationally recognized leader in family planning and safe maternity care.
