Positions

Dr. Justin Roesch, MD, FACP, is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hospital Medicine. He received his MD from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Albuquerque, NM and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center in Tucson, Arizona. He stayed on to complete a Chief Residency year before completing a Medical Education fellowship in the Division of General Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins. His current roles are Block Chair for the Clinical Reasoning Curriculum, and Assistant Director of Assessment and Learning at the School of Medicine. His research interests include Assessment in Medical Education, Clinical Reasoning, cultivation of professional identity formation, and medical ethics.  Dr. Roesch is part of AOA and received the Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS) induction in 2016.
