Koronkiewicz, Susan Pre-Licensure BSN Program Director and Principal Lecturer I

Positions

Susan Koronkiewicz, MSN, RN, CNE, CCRN, is a principal lecturer and the program director of the Pre-Licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at The University of New Mexico (UNM) College of Nursing. She also serves as nursing faculty with the the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program through the UNM Center for Development and Disability.  Her professional practice has been in the areas of adult acute care/critical care and her professional interests include intellectual/developmental disabilities, creating a culture of inclusion and diversity for nursing students with disabilities and eliminating health disparities for individuals with disabilities by integrating relevant content into nursing and health professions' curricula. 

Koronkiewicz received a Master of Science with a concentration in nursing education from Wilkes University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilkes College.  She is currently pursuing a PhD in Nursing at Villanova University.
