Kulik, Dr. Tobias Assistant Professor

Kulik is an Assistant Professor of Neurology and Neurosurgery at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He received his MD from Ludwig-Maximilian-University in 2005. Following his medical training, he joined the Cerebral Blood Flow lab at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City as an Associate Scientist. Under the leadership of his Principal Investigator and mentor, Richard H. Winn, MD, he investigated the central role of astrocytes in the dynamic regulation of cerebral blood flow. Subsequently, he completed his neurology residency at Rochester University Medical Center in Rochester in 2014. He underwent further fellowship training in Vascular Neurology and Neurocritical Care at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis from 2014 through 2017.
