Dr. Conklin received a B.S. degree from New Mexico State University in 2009 and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University New Mexico in 2011. After the completion of her doctor of pharmacy clerkship she completed a PGY1 residency followed by a PGY2 specialty residency in ambulatory care. She is credentialed as a pharmacist clinician, a board certified ambulatory care pharmacist, a certified diabetes educator as well as a HIV pharmacist specialist. She provides clinical pharmacy services to the patients of Truman Health Services clinic within the UNM Health Sciences Center where she has developed two thriving pharmacist clinician run clinics. Her clinical services emphasis cardiovascular risk education and medication management for patients living with HIV and hormone therapy for transgender and gender non-binary people.
